Menümüzü oluştururken tek kural şuydu: her saatte, her misafir için doğru içecek. Sabah 10:00'daki espresso ne kadar önemliyse, gece 18:00'daki imza kokteylimiz de o kadar önemli. İkisine de aynı özen, aynı malzeme kalitesi, aynı sevgi.

Our name means "goose" in French. Like our beret-wearing, martini-glass-holding mascot, we believe in approaching life with a little more joy. At Oie, taking things lightly and doing them with quality are not opposites — they go hand in hand.
When building our menu, we had one rule: the right drink, for every guest, at every hour. The 10am espresso matters just as much as the 6pm signature cocktail. Both get the same care, the same quality ingredients, the same love.
Many of our guests stop by in the morning and come back in the evening. When we realised that, we knew we were doing something right.
